The Alcove is a coworking and office space for midcoast Maine, located in the heart of Bowdoinham. It's home to a diverse, tight knit group of professionals who work in art, building, media, technology, and more.

Founder Rachel Murphy is a creative organizer and project manager extraordinaire. Born and raised in the neighboring town of Bowdoin, she has over a decade of experience helping small Maine businesses become more productive and sustainable. 

Rachel opened The Alcove because she wants to create a welcoming space where people can make their best work, while sparking new ideas, connections, and friendships.
